One of the things that keeps a program going is to teach the younger players fundamentals, how to play the game and having some fun along the way.
Thanks to our Varsity players, former players & coaches for keeping our program strong.
Gracie, Teegan, Adaline, Brooklyn, Lydia, Amanda, Jordan & all the others that helped along the way. Its not easy being a youth coach, but you all are doing a great job!
It sure is rewarding seeing the next generation of kids and coaches out playing, seems like yesterday we were trying to get fp programs started.

What an amazing summer these 4 had playing ball!! 43 games over 6 tournaments & league.
Between these 4 they played over 572 combined innings and had 345 plate appearances! Izzy & Haedyn caught in over 168 innings and Aubrey and Hadley pitched in over 131 innings.
It takes ALOT of commitment and dedication to do that. Not very many players can or will commit to it.
Huge thanks to the parents/grandparents for all the support over the season. Lots of interstate miles put on, but it was amazing!! Thank You Sam, Ashley, Doug, Chaska & Kaci for giving these girls the opportunity. We can't forget about Mike Skogen & the FM BALLYARD for giving all the area girls a chance to compete at a higher level. 8u/10u/12u/14u/16u/18u all under 1 roof.
The experience these kids got both on & off the field was awesome and we sure look forward to all they learned and to watch them as they continue their softball careers!! Up next, maybe a little fall ball, winter camps and back on the field in March!!! Pirate Fastpitch has ALOT to look forward to. This is just the beginning....

Viking Youth All-Skills Camp:
