On Friday, I did something I've wanted to do for quite a while...
Zumba Gold training!!!

A couple of weeks ago, I was contacted by Farmstead Living to teach a class. This was such an honor to be asked, as well as a coincidence, because I had just signed up for the training a couple weeks before receiving their email.

On to today - I was joined by an amazing group of men & women for a Zumba Gold Chair class.

I'm bummed I don't have photos, we were too busy dancing! Maybe next time 😊

A fundraising event in honor of Women's History Month.

This Friday's math:
4 Zumba instructors + 1 Pound Instructor + killer playlists + helping a wonderful local organization = a fun Friday night out!

And because we are still in March, maybe wear green? 💚☘️💚

Everyone is welcome, members and nonmembers, bring either a monetary donation or bring any items to be donated to our local YWCA.
