One of my favorite drills for my students, and probably their least favorite. The anti-flip drill. Also help to keep the body rotating through impact.

Weight shift and path work with Reenie. She was swinging too far from in to out, and not shifting her weight enough to her lead side. Causing a lot of club face flip and an upward angle of attack on irons. For her, she likes hearing the club path and attack angle numbers from the Trackman and making adjustments on her own, but a simple training aid never hurts.

Working on club path with Noah today. Feeling more outside on the takeaway, and feeling more inside on the downswing. At 13 years old he can hit 115 mph ball speed with a 7 iron, PGA Tour average is 120 mph.
