Need a fun indoor activity this summer? Join us for Summer Playgroup open-gym sessions every Monday, Thursday & Friday in June from 9:30am - 11:00am! Children 0-12 years are welcome to explore our gym, play over-under and on our equipment, and socialize with other children. A parent must be present the entire session.
Open to the public | $15 per session

2023 Trophy Week wrap up! A big THANK YOU to our amazing for making our last Trophy Week a very special (and emotional) event. We are so proud of all your accomplishments this year and honored we got to be a part of your lives! 🏆⭐️💪

CHANGE IS INFINITE. It's what The Palaestra's Team logo represents. And while this door may be closing, new opportunities will arise.

It is with bittersweet emotions that we announce that The Palaestra will be closing on July 31, 2023. Recreational classes, Adult Tumbling, Parties, and Playgroups will end on June 30th, 2023. Team programs will train through July 31st, 2023. We are grateful for all the support you have given us over the last 22 years and we appreciate the memories we have shared with you. Thank you for choosing The Palaestra as your gymnastics facility. We will miss you all dearly.

We know that this may come as a surprise to you all. Please don’t hesitate to contact us to set up an in-person or phone meeting should you feel the need to.
