About Shredding Diaries:
This is a 60-day fitness competition, where we are inviting everyone from all fitness levels to compete for the overall best transformation during a 2-month period. During the competition time we will be hosting 2 group bootcamps per week for all contestants. The camps will be held on Saturdays at 10am, and Thursdays at 7pm.

Stop what you’re doing and get in front of your summer fitness goals now, join a group of like-minded individuals and embark in a fitness journey that offers team collaboration, measured success, and accountability. Indulge your competitive spirit, and work towards progress while gaining the chance to be highly rewarded for your success!


We are now launching Shredding Diaries!!! While there was a time when children could just go outside and play, that is not necessarily the case in our modern world. Having access to a personal trainer for your child means he or she will get the activity necessary for a healthy life in a safe and controlled environment.


After the age of 30, we lose about one pound of lean muscle mass each year. A personal trainer can provide a weight lifting workout to help prevent those shrinking muscles from turning to fat.
