About Shredding Diaries:
This is a 60-day fitness competition, where we are inviting everyone from all fitness levels to compete for the overall best transformation during a 2-month period. During the competition time we will be hosting 2 group bootcamps per week for all contestants. The camps will be held on Saturdays at 10am, and Thursdays at 7pm.
Stop what you’re doing and get in front of your summer fitness goals now, join a group of like-minded individuals and embark in a fitness journey that offers team collaboration, measured success, and accountability.
