In the intricate dance of leadership and business, genuine benevolence is the unsung hero. 🌟
When we lead with kindness and genuine concern for others, we’re not just being altruistic – we’re crafting the very foundation of trust. In my journey, I’ve witnessed how acts of goodwill, no matter how small, act as catalysts for deep-rooted trust.
Remember, it’s not about grand gestures, but consistent, authentic actions. Kindness isn’t a strategy; it’s a way of life. And in the world of business, it’s the true currency that compounds interest in trust. 🔗💼

“It all starts with a conversation”, we hear this all the time when it comes to & , but in my opinion, this is an oversimplification of process, putting the cart before the horse and risks becoming just a hollow echo that doesn’t generate action. Having sensitive/tough conversations is a massive liability if those having it are not equipped with the skills and confidence to carry it out.
Question: How can we promote having a conversation prior to leaders on what that means and how to effectively do it? Should we not train our to be skilled in conversation to the point where they are confident participants, that can actually seek out the opportunity to have the conversation?
Digital role play, training conversational mastery, is a proven and safe way to having a higher and of conversations.

is a leading KPI when it comes to assessing . But how can you possibly measure confidence???
Here are 3 easy ways to assess how confident your leaders are and where it shows up;
1. Rate ENTHUSIASM for the role/project they’re on and their enthusiasm to accept the job/project when you offer it. Hesitation could indicate a lack of confidence overall or in a specific area. Use this as an opportunity to and dig deeper.
2. Check out the types of questions THEY ask. Are they asking for constant , reinforcement and reassurance? The inability to make a decision, regardless of the result being pos./neg., can reveal a leaders current level of confidence and the areas for opportunity growth.
3. What kind of RISKS are they are willing to take? An unwillingness to take risks, delegate tasks, others can signal a lack of confidence. Exploring together where their fear may lie (themselves, their boss, the company, elsewhere), can help elevate blind spots and boost confidence.
