Meet Owner and Trainer .vall wanted to create a gym where people of all fitness levels could come in and do the same workout side-by-side with him, somebody who has been working out their whole lives, but go at a pace that works best for them. A place that challenges fitness enthusiasts, yet allows inexperienced people to enjoy those same workouts at a challenging pace appropriate for them. A place where injuries are avoided through working closely with talented teachers that guide each individual through every workout. A place where people don’t have to think when they walk into the gym. A place that when working out is the last thing you want to do that day, trainers and fellow members help you push through it. But most of all, I want to create a place where all fitness levels not only feel welcomed, but all work together as a fitness family encouraging and challenging one another each and every day.
