Responding to student requests, we're excited to offer a Zoom exercise class! Despite the lovely weather and our current in-person schedule, we'll accommodate those who prefer virtual learning or are too far to join an in-person class.

This high-energy class combines cardio intervals, strength training with weights, and core work on the mat to deliver a full-body workout in just 45 minutes. This class would provide a comprehensive workout that will be different at each class, challenging your cardiovascular endurance, strength, flexibility, and/or balance in a short amount of time. Safety will constantly be a reminder, with step-by-step guidance, and every move can be modified to your personal level of fitness.

You deserve a premium experience! Simplified workouts that will definitely make you sweat while having fun getting fit! You go at your own pace doing cardio and toning with weights - challenge yourself in a session where the class is different each week (Boxing, Z-box, Boot Camp, Interval Training, and more!)! Finish with incredible abs on/off the mat. Safety will constantly be a reminder, with step-by-step guidance, and every move can be modified to your personal level of fitness!

Debbie has been honored as a 2024-25 recipient of the Farmington Area Art Awards!

We invite you to a special evening celebrating the arts, with soft lighting, candles, and community.

Admission is free, but tickets are limited, so secure yours quickly at www.TheHawkTheatre.com. Tickets will be emailed automatically.

The event is scheduled for Saturday, September 28, at 6:30 pm for the reception and 7:00 pm for the ceremony at The Hawk Black Box Theatre, 29965 W. 12 Mile Rd.

If anyone is going to this event, it is free and I just learned that it is a special beautiful event! Low lights, candles and they are expecting up to 150 people. This will be a very special evening for me. If you plan to go, please get your tickets ASAP! The tickets automatically arrives in your email.
