I'm going to side with science and cardiologists. Avoid saturated fat, especially animal saturated fat. I don't know about rubbing it on your face.
I don't know why they're going after sugar, because that makes sense and RFK and his team usually don't make sense.
Avoid saturated fat, eat good protein, choose good carbs, avoid added sugar. Especially if you're in perimenopause or post menopausal. Keep added sugars to no more than 25g per day, for weight management.

I just want to say this... exercise isn't punishment. It should never be used as punishment. And please don't view it as punishment when it's your workout time. When I see people bedridden, chairbound, paralyzed or with limited movement, my heart breaks for them. To move is joy, and when done in moderation (like anything), it's good medicine for you. These officers in the Philippines were cruel and irresponsible.
