Hello MVMT UNTD Families, we will be closed this weekend due to the holiday. We will be closed from Friday May 22nd through Monday May 25th. Make up classes will be offered. Have an amazing weekend.

Hello MVMT UNTD families, just a friendly reminder that in order for your child to participate in our amazing aerial silks showcase, we do need you to RSVP via email. Registration for the showcase will be closed Monday, May 25th, our email is [email protected]. Tickets will be sold prior to the showcase, you will receive two tickets for free and any tickets after that will be 5$ per ticket. We will be handing out tickets 2 weeks before the showcase.

If you want a better connection to the ground, you have to stop being afraid of it. When a child falls, it’s rarely about broken bones it’s about learning how to meet the ground, absorb force, roll, and keep going. Somewhere along the way, we lose that relationship. The ground becomes something we avoid instead of something we understand. But avoiding the ground doesn’t make you safer it makes you fragile. Confidence, resilience, and real athleticism are built by learning how to interact with the ground calmly and intelligently. That’s why rolling and ground work are a major focus inside The Movement Game. We spend time getting comfortable low to the floor, learning how to distribute load, redirect momentum, and move without panic. The goal isn’t tricks or flash it’s trust in your body and your ability to adapt. When you remove fear, you move better. When you move better, everything else improves.
