We had a great day of Special Olympics competing in bowling and Golf this last weekend . So proud of our bowlers and golfers . Go Avengers..

What a great start to Tri-city Sports Area 1 Games . Bowling was awesome with 39 bowlers . Next up golf on Friday , Basketball on Saturday and then to State Games in August. Go San Juan County Riverhawk’s , Wildcat’s and Avenger’s

What an amazing weekend it was for State Summer Games for Area 1 Special Olympics Teams . SJC RiverHawks, Bloomfield Wildcats and the Farmington Avengers competed in Flag football , Bocce , Track & Field and Volleyball. Each Team made great memories and brought home countless Gold , Silver , Bronze and 4th place Medals. Thanks so much to our coaches and volunteers, this isn’t possible with each one of you 😊 .
A special Shout out to Ryan & Desiree Hanson , they will be competing in the USA National Finals in June . Go Team SONM .

And there off to State Summer Games 2026……. Thanks to the LETR FPD cadets for supporting our Special Olympic Athletes . See you at State Games May 29-31 in Albuquerque.

We have a new fundraiser coming up for Special Olympics NM ,SJC River-hawks . May 19th starting at 3pm at Texas Roadhouse at Animas Valley Mall . It’s Dine to Donate , where 10% of your food purchases will go to your SJC River-hawks , for upcoming hotel cost, equipment and uniforms for state games . You will need to show this flyer at time of ordering for us to get the 10% .
