So obviously I’m having issues that I am prioritizing before my business and all of you not to mention everyone and everything else I’m sure everyone is sick of apologies and excuses we will be back soon and ready to give what we got I will not be responding until I know what I am doing

Obviously everyone is sick of not knowing what’s going on everyone already knows what’s up with the COVID-19,holidays and all the craziness I have been getting s**t together building a schedule that is going to work for everyone I’m not going to answer any questions or calls we will be open soon no later then next week

No reason for anyone to panic about refunds we are here to give you what you payed for I’m sorry for the delay on my part but Kenny and the Fit Smart team did a wonderful job. Between Covid 19 the holidays and our scheduling nobody is going to miss out on anything and everyone will get their 16 weeks back at it tomorrow God Bless good night

I’m sorry for the confusion. We are at the gym we can’t really keep up with our phone sorry about that we are open now until 6pm today we will be open tomorrow at 6am we will see people that have paid for the 16 week challenge on a first come first serve type deal we will have a 6-7-8-&9am and a 3-4-5-&6 pm we will only have groups of 4 so from now till Friday may be a little rough getting to everyone but we will have a good schedule and everything in order by December, and do the best we can till then. Thank everyone again.

We’re going to start calling everybody that we have signed up for the 16 week challenge that we partnered up with fit smart gym rescue. We will start calling tomorrow in alphabetical order we will have groups of 4 and follow all the guidelines our phone will be back on so if you’re ready , go head and beat us to the punch give us a call 505-686-4257so we can start where we left off

We should be passing inspection today. We are essential because of our 501c3 we will begin to open 6-6 and have 2 separate groups of 5 per class we will also have worksheets with our exercises and time limits for the ones our times do not accommodate or do not feel safe because of the current situations. I do not have control of refunds because that is what the billing company told me. I have not received 1 penny yet hopefully me getting my s**t together will be a start. Again sorry for the unprofessional behavior

Sorry I haven’t had any updates all we are waiting on is fire extinguishers and exit lights I looked into refunds I have no control over that so as soon as I get my lights and extinguishers I will reach out to everyone until then I won’t respond because I have no solution or excuse as soon as we pass inspection I will accommodate the best we can again sorry for my unprofessional behavior

We turned in our paperwork from our 501-c-3 yesterday we got a fire inspection the 13th so we should be up and running hopefully by Monday the 16th we'll be working out all the kinks this next week and figure out scheduling and refunds sorry for the bulls**t
