After instructors complete the Instructor Integrity Audit, the question I hear most isn’t, “What should I fix first?” Instead, it’s more like, “How do I actually work on this?There is no certification class for this.”

But that’s why I put this together in the first place. Most training systems don’t help with any of this.

Identifying gaps is easy. But for you to live with them honestly is much harder. Let alone finding a way to improve them deliberately. However this is how you become the instructor you really want to be.

After seeing this audit, some instructors just want to talk through one section, about something that stood out to them. Others want to unpack the entire audit and understand how the pieces connect. Sometimes it is nice to have a set of outside eyes on their skills or teaching. It’s not about being judged, but a way to finally see what students see.

There’s no single path forward, and there shouldn’t be. This isn’t another certification.

My role isn’t to issue a pass or fail. It’s to meet instructors where they are and help them build control, clarity, and confidence one layer at a time.

The audit opens the door. What happens next depends on what you want to develop, and how deeply you want to go.
