To all of the parkland gymnastics families. Due to the closing of parkland gymnastics, We have been in contact with the owners all week. They have been beyond wonderful and respectful in reaching out to us with a game plan for your kids. We will be having an open house for your recreational and competitive kids. We will post all of the information below, we have a plan, and we send our love to each of you. We open our arms and our gym to you and your families. With an absolute heavy heart, I announce the passing of our beloved Coach Ronnie. Our hearts are definitely broken. Coach Ronnie aka Coach Ronaldo, because everyone gets a nickname here. Coach Ronnie was more than a coach. He was a mentor, a father figure to several young athletes, and a huge part of our gyms success on bringing kids into the program. Coach Ronnie was with us every step of the way until some sickness overcame. We know he is no longer suffering in pain and is planted in paradise. Ronnie would make sure they did what they were supposed to in and out the gym. Coach Ronnie was the type to never let us walk to our car alone if my parents left early, he was the one who would ask us if we’re okay, and he always had a Elvis impression for us. Coach Ronnie touched the lives of everyone who walked the doors At Gold Star Academy. We will forever keep his teachings and memory alive here. Coach Doug and Mr. Bryan will keep Coach Ronnie’s name always in the mix when talking about boxing. To Ronnie’s family, Kelly, Michelle, and his entire family, please know we loved him dearly. Ronnie, thank you for the many lessons, I am forever grateful for you.. rest in paradise Coach., -Love Raven❤️

We appreciated all the compliments at open house about that. Our goal is to create a positive environment for you and your athletes.
