So after the gym was cleaned...someone decided to waltz around the gym with mud all over their shoes....we have cameras for those who dont know...lots of them! We saw, we contacted and we terminated the membership.

1) DONT EVER BRING MUD IN AND TRACK IT ALL OVER

Its disrespectful to the other members as well as Jo and I.

I had to take time out of training a paying client to clean this bu****it up, unacceptable.

There WILL be 0 warnings going forward for this, we have made enough posts and we have multiple signs up. If you wanna act like that take it to one of the other Gyms.

Toodles for now!

Leg day...started with 1 scoop of Rebirth...crushed the day!

Extensions, Super Squat, calves ...sets of 15 to 20, felt good on the old bones!

Thanks to Gym Giantsā„¢ for working with us at the gym to provide this amazing product...more.to come from them as we go!!

Word to the wise...dont even think about bringing this type of s**t on property. Whomever was the idiot doing this left it in our parking lot...real classy...so we are going to be installing cameras outside...you or anyone else does this EVER...2 things will happen:

1) we will terminate your membership

2) we will contact FPD and report the DWI and open container

Think before you act...this is not your personal playground

Side note condoms were also found so obviously there will be none of that funny business going on in this gym inside or out at any time of day or night

Dont be a Do*****ag!

That is all!

Mike and Jo
