Elevate Bungee Fitness

I’ve been putting this off for a little while, but I want to share it with you all directly 🩷

After a lot of thought, I’ve made the incredibly difficult decision to close Elevate, with our final day being May 30.

This has been one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever had to make. Elevate has been such a huge part of my life for the last five years, and this community has meant more to me than I can fully put into words. I am truly heartbroken to be closing this chapter.

At the same time, I know this is the right decision for me and my family in this season, even though that doesn’t make it any easier.

I want to be really clear that this is not a reflection of the studio or the community we’ve built here. Elevate has been something really special, and that is because of all of you.

And especially because of the incredible instructors who have poured so much into this space. They have been the heart of Elevate in so many ways, and not only amazing leaders in the studio, but also dear friends to me and to so many of you 🤍

We are still fully open over the next two months. Classes are running, schedules are up, and I would truly love to see you in the studio as much as possible during this time.

We’ll also be hosting a 5-year celebration on May 16. This will be a relaxed, drop-in style event to spend time together, reflect, and celebrate everything Elevate has been 🤍 More details to come.

I also want to say this clearly. I do not believe this is the end of bungee fitness in NWA. I truly believe this is a pause, and that there is another chapter ahead.

Thank you for being part of this. Whether you’ve been here for years or just took one class, you’ve been part of something that mattered more than you probably realize.

Instructor Spotlight: Bekah 🧜‍♀️

Bekah teaches our Monday night classes and brings the kind of energy that instantly makes you feel welcome. She’s funny, approachable, and such a bright light in our community (and all over the NWA fitness community!).

She leads our only aerial yoga class (and has a whole crew of dedicated clients who come just for that!) plus an incredible Burn class that’ll light up every muscle in the best way.

Outside of Elevate, Bekah is also a performer, a free diver, and — yes — a real-life mermaid. You’ve gotta ask her about it sometime.

She’s one of the coolest people you’ll meet, and we’re so lucky she’s part of the Elevate crew. 💥
