Training Specialty: My clients are generally 50+ or have significant injuries/illness to overcome. The industry calls them "special population clients" but I call them rockstars. ๐
Fav workout: My personal workout style is CrossFit, and I really enjoy doing CrossFit competitions and Spartan races every few months. ๐
