This Friday’s schedule: 5:30am is the ONLY morning class. No 6:30am, 9:30am, or morning open gym. We will reopen for open gym only in the afternoon from 2pm-7pm. No evening classes this Friday. Saturday open gym will remain from 8am-10am. Why??
Our coaches will be attending the Burgener Strength Weightlifting Level 1 at CrossFit Mayhem! We are so excited to get this training and provide better coaching to our members. We’ll be back to our normal schedule on Monday the 21st!

Last week of The Open🎉 to celebrate we’ll be having a member appreciation night after Friday Night Lights this week. Stick around after the heats for pizza and games (BYOB)!

Two days!! 🎉 We will not have our normal schedule for the next three Friday’s during the Open. We will be running heats through the morning from 5:30am and ending at 7:30. Evening heats will run starting at 4pm and ending at 7pm. 9:30am will remain as a class structure. Open gym in the afternoon will go from 2pm-4pm.
Feel free to stick around, hang out, and cheer on your fellow athletes! Let’s have some fun!

This Friday is The Open 🎉 If you need an affiliate to do the workouts we’ll be charging our usual $10 drop in fee for all non members. Heat times will be posed this week!

We are so sorry to do this but the intro to Whole30 class has been canceled. Coach Sam is feeling under the weather so the right thing to do is cancel the class to keep everyone else safe. If you have any questions you were wanting clarification on please feel free to reach out. We hope you understand!

We will be starting our Whole30 Challenge on January 10th! If you’re interested in participating join us this Thursday at 6:30pm for an introduction class (no 6:30pm class Thursday). All are welcome!
