When Dalton’s first opened, Barbie was new to group fitness—but she quickly fell in love with the encouragement, support, and sense of community she found in each class. With encouragement from those around her, she eventually began stepping in as a substitute instructor and discovered a passion for helping others feel confident and do their best.

Barbie has been certified in Barre Above® since 2018 and is also certified in Dance2Fit. Barre is a low-impact, full-body workout that incorporates light weights, while Feel the Beat is exactly what it sounds like—fun cardio that keeps you moving!

Outside the gym, Barbie is a wife, mom, BeBe, and banker by day.
