This weekend, our Marksmen family lost one of our own.

Claire Schmitt wasn’t just our captain - she was our inspiration. Her courage, kindness, and unwavering spirit reminded us what true strength looks like. No matter what challenges she faced, Claire always showed up with a smile that could light up the rink.

She touched the hearts of our players, staff, fans, and community in ways words can never fully express. Being named our Captain wasn’t just a title - it was who she was. She led with bravery, joy, and love every single day.

Our hearts are with the Schmitt family as they navigate this unimaginable loss. We are grateful for every moment we were able to share with Claire, and we promise her legacy will continue to live on within our organization.

Once a Marksmen, always a Marksmen.
