We are focused on offering women a fun and inspired dance fitness experience. Located on College next to SnackLab, we offer alternative fitness for women, including pole dance, chair dance, workshop classes, and more. We are committed to bringing Northwest Arkansas a fun, fulfilling, and safe fitness experience - a place where women can let their hair down, have some fun, and workout in a welcome and nonjudgmental environment.
