Okay this is Tony’s caption. It’s a little sappy so if you need to change anything you can, just wrote what I thought was nice!
Tony’s transformation is one that will always mean a little more to us.
Tony Sherrill was Jordan Clements first client when she started training at Fit4Life in 2024. Since then, they have been through plenty of ups, downs, setbacks, adjustments, and moments where they had to completely rethink our approach.
Tony’s journey has never been as simple as “eat less and exercise more.” They have had to navigate high blood pressure, elevated cortisol, Hashimoto’s hypothyroidism, and concerns surrounding fatty liver disease. There were times when it genuinely felt like his body was working against everything they were trying to accomplish.
On December 20, 2024, Tony weighed 215.9 pounds, with 55.8 pounds of body fat and 91.9 pounds of skeletal muscle mass.
By March 20, 2026, his weight had increased to 227.3 pounds, his body fat had risen to 60.6 pounds, and his body fat percentage was 26.7%. However, his skeletal muscle mass had also increased to 95.5 pounds.
That March scan marked a turning point for them. After years of learning his body, figuring out what worked, recognizing what did not, and refusing to give up, we finally found the approach that clicked.
In only four months, Tony went from 227.3 pounds to 190.3 pounds—a total loss of 37 pounds.
His body fat mass dropped from 60.6 pounds to 30.2 pounds, and his body fat percentage fell from 26.7% to 15.9%. Even more importantly, he maintained an incredible amount of muscle throughout the process, finishing his July 16 scan with 91.7 pounds of skeletal muscle mass.
This transformation is not just about the numbers. It represents years of patience, trial and error, discipline, trust, and the decision to keep moving forward even when progress felt impossible.
“Tony, being your trainer has taught me so much, and I will always be grateful that you trusted me as my very first client. We have worked through more than most people will ever see, and watching everything finally come together has made every difficult moment worth it.”- Jordan
His next goal is to reach between 10% and 12% body fat, and we have no doubt that he will get there.
For anyone who feels like their body is fighting against them, let Tony’s journey be proof that you are not broken and you are not hopeless. Sometimes it takes patience, persistence, and the right plan created specifically for you—but nothing is impossible when you refuse to give up.
Are you ready for your fitness journey to start?

Fit4life All American Recognizes:
RISE Flag Football - Fayetteville is more than a youth flag football league, we’re a community committed to developing confident athletes, strong character, and healthy competition. We believe sports should build more than skills; they should teach leadership, resilience, teamwork, and respect. Through intentional coaching, positive sideline culture, and athletic development, we strive to create an environment where every child is encouraged to grow both on and off the field. Whether an athlete is stepping onto the field for the first time or preparing to compete at a higher level, our mission remains the same: develop people first, athletes second, while building stronger families and a stronger community.
