Cornerstone Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Hey Team,
For those of you who knew Michael Eitniear, we are deeply saddened to let you all know that after a short and brutal bout of cancer, he has passed away as of Monday January 30th near 6pm. A fellow Teammate John Pabon and I were able to see him early that morning. We spent time in prayer with him and read several scriptures. Michael said that he knew His Heavenly Father and affirmed that Jesus was his Savior. We suspect that Michael is with Him now and though there is no greater place for him, we will miss him so much. Michael was a truly good friend of ours and there are no words to express our grief.

Good Morning! We are so excited to be competing at the NAGA Myrtle Beach Tournament and hope everyone competing this morning are ready for a memorable, fun day with the team.

Today, Miranda, our boys and myself, remember and will never forget the lives taken or the lives sacrificed on this day, nor will we forget those who continue to serve selflessly every day to protect the liberties of this Great Country. To all of the United States Military, firefighters, law enforcement, health workers and citizens who serve, thank you and may God's Grace be with you all.

We thank God for those that have fallen and paid the ultimate sacrifice for our Freedom.

We really miss all of our Cornerstone Family. I hope that you all have had a chance to watch some of the adult and youth videos that we have put out. Thank you O'Brian family for sending a picture of "Big Mac" practicing at home with the videos. Coach Charlie will be touching base with everyone in the coming week. Great start to the week!

We had a great day! We are missing Elias from this photo and he did a great job as well.Thank you to all who helped coaching these young ones today. This Jiu jitsu family is what it is because of all of you. It is always an honor and privilege to Coach these children and help them grow in the art. Competing is an exciting experience that also comes with a lot of emotional ups and downs. It is a great way to practice your skills and build character. I am so proud of all of you and thankful for a team that steps up to help when needed.
