Northwest Arkansas Padres Game Day presented by Bryan Lewis - State Farm Insurance Agent

The Padres (12-4) will be in action tomorrow vs the Cardinals (5-11). The team took 2 hard fought losses vs the Northwest Arkansas Brewers who are now in drivers seat of the #1 overall seed with 4 games to play. The team looks to get back on track and establish a strong foothold heading into the playoffs. It should be a couple of great contests between these 2 teams! Come out to the Randall Tyson Baseball Complex in Springdale as the full schedule of NWAMBL action will be on display!

Today the Padres will battle it out with the Brewers! The Padres (12-2) and Brewers (12-2) will both try to put some distance between themselves and the rest of the NWAMBL field! This will undoubtedly be a tightly contested set of games. First Pitch of game 1 will be at 10:30 am @ Field 1 of the Randall Tyson Complex in Springdale. Let's G⚾️⚾️⚾️⚾️⚾️⚾️⚾️!!!!!

Game 2

NWA Royals Unable To Overcome NWA Padres's Late-Game Surge

NWA Padres snatched the lead late in their 5-4 victory over NWA Royals on Sunday. NWA Padres were down 4-3 in the bottom of the sixth inning when Brian Beers singled, scoring two runs.

A fly out by Ben Swansom put NWA Royals on the board in the top of the first.

Jalin Lawson grounded out, which helped NWA Padres tie the game at one in the bottom of the first.

A play gave NWA Royals the lead, 2-1, in the top of the second.

NWA Royals added one run in the third after NWA Padres committed an error.

Cody Files grounded into a fielder's choice, which helped NWA Padres tie the game at three in the bottom of the third.

NWA Royals took the lead in the top of the fourth. A passed ball scored one run, to give NWA Royals the upper hand, 4-3.

Cody Files earned the win for NWA Padres. The right-handed pitcher gave up zero hits and zero runs over one inning, striking out none and walking none. Ethan Kuehl took the loss for NWA Royals. The reliever went two and two-thirds innings, surrendering two runs on three hits, striking out three and walking one. Brian Beers started the game for NWA Padres. The starter surrendered three hits and four runs (one earned) over five innings, striking out five and walking three. Stephen Seim started on the mound for NWA Royals. The starter surrendered six hits and three runs over three innings, striking out two and walking none.

NWA Padres piled up nine hits in the game. Jack Waggoner, Carter Wade, and Cody Files each collected two hits for NWA Padres. Brian Beers and Cody Files each drove in two runs for NWA Padres. Carter Wade stole two bases. NWA Padres stole four bases in the game.

Ben Swansom and Kory Rash each drove in one run for NWA Royals. Kyle Bean went 2-for-3 at the plate to lead NWA Royals in hits. NWA Royals turned one double play in the game. NWA Royals were sure-handed and didn't commit a single error. Ryan Graves made the most plays with five.

NWA Padres welcome NWA Brewers on Sunday for their next game.

NWA Padres Defeat NWA Royals Behind Strong Performance From Waggoner

Jack Waggoner struck out 11 batters as the starter led NWA Padres past NWA Royals 11-2 on Sunday at the Randall Tyson Baseball Complex. Jack Waggoner gave up three hits and two runs over five innings while walking two.

NWA Padres scored six runs in the second inning on the way to victory. Ryan McClurkin singled, scoring two runs, Cody Files singled, scoring one run, and Brandon Newberry doubled, scoring two runs.

NWA Padres were the first to get on the board in the first when Jack Waggoner singled, scoring one run.

Cameron Stout took the loss for NWA Royals. The hurler went one and two-thirds innings, surrendering six runs (four earned) on seven hits, striking out none and walking one.

NWA Padres amassed 14 hits in the game. NWA Padres's Victor Abiseid, the number eight hitter, led NWA Padres with three hits in three at bats. Ryan McClurkin, Brandon Newberry, Jalin Lawson, and Cody Files each drove in two runs for NWA Padres. Jack Waggoner collected two hits for NWA Padres in three at bats. Ryan McClurkin stole three bases. NWA Padres didn't commit a single error in the field. Victor Abiseid had the most chances in the field with 11.

Ben Swansom went 1-for-1 at the plate and led the team with one run batted in. Ben Swansom, Cameron Stout, and Mack Pickering each collected one hit for NWA Royals. NWA Royals were sure-handed and didn't commit a single error. Ryan Graves made the most plays with five.

Change of venue tomorrow vs the Rangers!

The Padres come in with a 6-2 record against the upstart Rangers who are 2-5-1. We are just about at the mid way of the season and the playoff positioning starts now!!! NWA Padres Triumphs Over NWA Astros In Late-Game Victory

NWA Padres defeated NWA Astros 5-3 on Sunday after taking the lead late in the game. The game was tied at three in the top of the sixth when Martin Tabler singled, scoring two runs.

NWA Astros got on the board in the second inning after Kole Freeman singled, scoring two runs.

A single by Evan Curry extended the NWA Astros lead to 3-0 in the bottom of the third inning.

NWA Padres jumped back into the lead in the top of the sixth inning after Jack Waggoner doubled to center field, and Martin Tabler singled to right field, each scoring two runs.

Chuck Stracener earned the win for NWA Padres. The right-handed pitcher surrendered four hits and one run over three innings, striking out three and walking one. Jon Nourie took the loss for NWA Astros. The hurler went three innings, allowing five runs (two earned) on six hits, striking out three and walking two. Jack Waggoner started on the bump for NWA Padres. The hurler allowed three hits and two runs over two innings, striking out one and walking one. Gavin Moore opened the game for NWA Astros. The pitcher gave up three hits and zero runs over three innings, striking out seven and walking none. Eric Hankins collected the save.
