⛳️✨ A Little Dell History — Thanks to Danny Shank

Today we get to celebrate a true treasure. Danny Shank discovered an original 1960s wooden hole marker — the sign that once sat right at the tee, showing golfers everything they needed before taking that first swing.

It listed the hole number, the par, the handicap, the yardage from each tee, and even a tiny painted map of the fairway. Hand‑crafted, full of character, and built to last — it’s a beautiful reminder of how long The Dell has been part of Fayetteville’s story.

Danny, thank you for bringing a piece of our history back home. ❤️⛳️
