Saturday night, but make it a little more adventurous.

Teen Climb Night is your chance to get off the couch, get on the wall, and spend the evening climbing, playing games, eating pizza, and hanging out with your crew. Bring your friends, challenge each other, and see what you can send.

Teen Climb Night | 5–8 PM | October 9th

No plans? Now you do. See you at TRC!

Somewhere between climbing, yoga, training, and everyday life, your body is probably holding onto a little extra tension.

That’s where foam rolling comes in.

Join Blair this Friday, October 9th at 6:45pm for **Release, Restore, Rebalance: Foam Rolling Clinic**, where you’ll learn targeted self-myofascial release techniques to work through tight shoulders, bound-up forearms, and other areas that could use some attention.

Think less “just roll around on a foam roller” and more intentional recovery for the way climbers and yogis actually move.

Come find the spots that need a little extra love and learn how to help your body move more freely.

What if you could turn down the noise in your head and make a little more room for peace?

This month’s Yoga Book Club is diving into The Untethered Soul: The Journey Beyond Yourself by Michael A. Singer, a thought-provoking exploration of our inner dialogue, habitual thoughts, and the things that keep us from feeling truly free.

Join Chrissy for a satsang-style discussion where we’ll explore the book, share perspectives, and connect with others who are curious about the deeper side of yoga and self-awareness.

No need to have all the answers. Just bring your thoughts, your curiosity, and your love of a good conversation.

Yoga Book Club is FREE and open to everyone. Come read, reflect, and see where the conversation takes you.

Halloween is better when the whole community gets in on the fun. 🎃

We’re bringing back our annual Trunk or Treat on October 24th, and we’re looking for plenty of decorated trunks to help make the evening sweet, spooky, and full of Halloween spirit!

From 5:00–6:30 PM, we’ll be handing out candy and celebrating with our community. Want to be one of the trunks? We’d love to have you join us!

Email Bronwyn at [email protected] to sign up and be part of the fun.

The more trunks, the more candy, the better the Halloween night!

Strong looks different on everyone.

In Strength & Conditioning, you’ll work with bodyweight movements, dumbbells, and kettlebells to build strength and power through a constantly challenging mix of squats, deadlifts, swings, presses, and more.

New to strength training? Experienced lifter? Somewhere in between? There’s a way to make the workout work for you.

Show up. Pick up something heavy. See what happens. Strength & Conditioning is every Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30.

Your body can do a lot. Train for more.

Functional Fitness is all about building strength that actually shows up in your everyday life. This 50-minute class blends mobility, stability, strength, cardio, and functional movement to help you move with more control, confidence, and efficiency.

Think less “gym workout” and more “make your body ridiculously capable.”

Join Traci on Monday at 5:30 and put your body to work.

Members can bring a friend to climb FREE this Sunday from 4–6 PM. No guest pass needed.

Send this to your climbing buddy. Your adventure buddy. Your “I’ve always wanted to try climbing” buddy. Basically, pick a buddy and get them on the wall.
