I had an excellent experience with this ACLS class. The instructor was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and made even the most challenging concepts easy to understand. I came to get fingerprints done. I love her ability to help others when I had an urgent situation. She made room for me eventhough she was in the middle of teaching a class and was very professional. I was irritated because of another service did me dirty earlier, bit she turned the whole situation around. Thanks again!!!
