Not competing this year- so not in prep like last year- which does make a difference- food has been higher. Growth just takes time. Plus I’m no spring chicken 🐔 (you’d think I would have became one by now with all the chicken I eat ) like today, dealing with a nerve issue in my low back/ glute.

What all are yall meal prepping today? I personally will have big Pyrex dishes with proteins in each (chicken, ground deer, thin steaks and back strap, scrambled whole eggs, scrambled egg whites, shrimp) veggies- broccoli, green beans, spinach, peppers and onions) carbs (rice, taters and sweet taters) and that way you just make your own as you go but it’s all prepped.

These Olympia Wellness competitors are the absolute best of the best — years of relentless training, discipline, and sacrifice on full display. No matter how hard you work, there will always be haters in the comments, but as CT Fletcher said, ‘History never remembers the haters.’ Ask yourself: could the keyboard warriors even attempt 1/10th of what these elite athletes accomplish on stage? Remember- whatever your goal, Keep grinding — the real ones see the work.

High-protein pumpkin spice oatmeal that actually tastes like dessert! - A nice pre gym meal
30 grams of Oatmeal mixed with 45 grams egg whites for extra fluff + protein, ¾ scoop cinnamon protein powder, 50 grams of canned pumpkin, and one chopped Medjool date (heated in the microwave).
Then drizzled with ¼ scoop chocolate protein powder mixed with just a splash of water to make it perfectly pourable.

One year ago and today (blonde hair was the older pics) I’ve been in a caloric surplus so I’m a little thicker. But this is one year of showing up even with a month off from a back injury. Progress slowly but surely.
