Not competing this year- so not in prep like last year- which does make a difference- food has been higher. Growth just takes time. Plus I’m no spring chicken 🐔 (you’d think I would have became one by now with all the chicken I eat ) like today, dealing with a nerve issue in my low back/ glute.

What all are yall meal prepping today? I personally will have big Pyrex dishes with proteins in each (chicken, ground deer, thin steaks and back strap, scrambled whole eggs, scrambled egg whites, shrimp) veggies- broccoli, green beans, spinach, peppers and onions) carbs (rice, taters and sweet taters) and that way you just make your own as you go but it’s all prepped.
