15U Maroon secured a dominant 10-2 victory over PPH to sweep the day and go 2-0. The team's offense exploded for 13 hits and 9 RBIs. Standout performances at the plate included W Pirolli going 3-for-3 with 2 RBIs, C Fine going 2-for-3 with 2 runs and an RBI, and C Maier going 2-for-2 with a run, a walk, and 3 stolen bases. C Gonzalez also contributed significantly with 2 RBIs. On the mound, J Smith earned the win by pitching 5.0 solid innings, allowing only 3 hits and 2 unearned runs while striking out 6 batters.

⚾ What a way to kick off the fall season! 🍂🔥

Rake Baseball 15U Maroon pulled off a thrilling nail-biter in our first fall game of the year, battling it out to secure a 12-11 victory over FS Prime. The bats were alive and the team showed incredible grit to start the season in the win column. Offensively, the team put up 12 runs on 9 hits and 6 walks with contributions across the lineup, including extra-base hits from C. Fine and J. Smith, plus total base hits from A. Goldman, C. Maier, W. Lawson, and A. Migatz. The squad also applied pressure on the base paths with stolen bases from C. Maier (2), W. Lawson (2), A. Goldman, and C. Gonzalez. On the mound, R. Toll pitched 4 innings with 5 strikeouts, followed by K. Lydon and a shutdown inning from A. Goldman with 2 strikeouts to seal the 12-11 victory at the end of the 5th. Proud of how this squad fought until the final out—let's keep this momentum rolling! 💪⚾

🏆 WALK-OFF CHAMPIONS 🏆

Down by 4 with just 6 outs to go, Rake Showcase refused to quit. The boys fought all the way back, capped off by a clutch, game-tying hit by Buddy D’Alfonso in the final inning with 2 outs! To extra innings we went, where Jack Eickstaedt delivered the ultimate heroics—lining a base hit to right field to WALK IT OFF and capture the championship trophy! 🥇 Big shoutout to Christian Grullon for throwing 5 dominant innings in relief! The squad went an undefeated 4-0 at the Big Show to start the fall off after a dominant summer season. These boys just keep on raking! 💪🔥

RK Showcase put on a dominant display to secure a 10-0 shutout victory against the PA Stars. A Piotrowski led the charge on the mound with a stellar 4.0 innings pitched, allowing just 3 hits and striking out 6 batters. Offensively, the team capitalized with 10 runs on 8 hits and 7 RBIs, backed by strong performances from S Gilchrist (2 hits, 2 RBIs) and key contributions throughout the entire lineup.

RK Showcase put on a dominant performance game 2 to go 2-0 on the day. The offense exploded for 9 hits and drew 9 walks, led by B Glover’s perfect 3-for-3 day at the plate with a double, 2 runs, and an RBI. B Boss also had a big day, going 2-for-3 with a triple, 2 runs, and 2 RBIs, while S Gilchrist drove in 3 runs on a key hit. On the mound, the pitching staff delivered a combined 3.0-inning shutout, holding ASSA to just 1 hit while striking out 6—C Grullon started with 2.0 scoreless frames and 4 strikeouts, and S Gilchrist closed it out with a clean 1.0 inning and 2 strikeouts.
