Go Ryver!
Ryver, local HS Baseball athlete, Temple Fitness Athlete, won a recent game as pitcher.
His team played at Cheney Stadium in Tacoma WA.

His dedication to baseball and to his own training has made a huge impact on his performance. Strength, power, endurance and overall performance, we have the privilege to see how much progress he has made in the gym and some great opportunities on the field.

Thanks for training with us Ryver and also to mom and dad who are also Temple Fitness athletes and train with us as well 💪😊
