Professional boxer, Anthony Velazquez will be at Next Fitness Saturday, April 15th from 9 AM to 11 AM. Anthony is 12-0 with 11 knockouts. Anthony trains here at Next Fitness/Crossfit Catch and will be here promoting his April 22nd fight at Mohegan Sun. We will also be giving away two tickets to the fight. Anthony will autograph fight posters to the first 100 people. Tickets are available for the fight here at Next Fitness for anyone interested. Come hang out with a future champion.

Holiday hours, for Easter will be from 6 AM -10 AM. Have a safe and happy holiday.!!!!!

Holiday hours will be as follows; Christmas Eve we will close at noon, Christmas day closed, New Year’s Eve close at noon, New Year’s Day regular schedule open all day. Happy holidays to all!!!!
