Beach Bootcamp in Fenwick Island Delaware. Classes are offered daily memorial day through labor day on Atlantic ave. from 7:30-8:30am. All equipment is provided.
Suggested donation is $10 per class. There is no sign up for classes, just show up!

There will not be beach bootcamp 7/25. I seem to have done something to my back. Hopefully we will be back in full swing next weekend!
