Curious about HYROX but not quite sure what it’s all about? This is the perfect place to start! ❤️💪

Tonight at 4:30 PM, we’re hosting an Intro to HYROX class designed for ALL fitness levels and abilities. You do not need to be training for a race, and you definitely don’t need to already know what you’re doing!

We’ll slow things down and walk you through the HYROX race format, movements, proper form, rules and regulations, and some of the little “tricks of the trade” that can make a big difference.

Armory Fitness is an Official HYROX Affiliate, and our HYROX classes are led by coaches with HYROX-specific credentials and firsthand HYROX training and race experience. We want you to learn the movements correctly, understand the why behind the training, and feel confident jumping into a class.

And remember—HYROX training is for so much more than racing. Strength, endurance, mobility, agility, power and cardiovascular fitness all carry over into everyday life and longevity.

Full SIM - $40/member, $50/non-member

** Make sure that you are clear when you sign up which group you are interested in. If you are doing doubles you BOTH must sign up but indicate your partner so we know who to match you up with.
