Meet one of our Fit Mamas...Olga!

I hadn't realized HOW MUCH Olga had changed until I snapped this pic this morning 😍. This mama gets to camp at 4️⃣:3️⃣0️⃣ AM every MWF to get her workout in early with her crew! She's upped her dummbell size AND committed to getting to more classes. She never gives up and still manages to always be there for her family & friends. We're so lucky to have you as part of the Family! 💕

Meet our Camper: Jennifer Hoag!!!

When this woman sets her mind on something, she does it 💯%...and THAT is why she is this month's Gladiator of the Month‼️

In the past two years CG has got me back into a body that can do stuff! I am strong (which I thought I didn't want to be, like muscular and all) and I can do things with weights that I saw other women doing when I joined that I thought I could never do. CG has helped me shift my health and wellbeing to a central focus in my life and because of the great built in support of friends and trainers, that is where it will stay.

It has been an inspiration to see Olga grow healthier & stronger at Cg! She's also got one of the best accountability groups ever! Check out her story 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼

Meet: Beatriz!

She was one of our Cg Games Competitors and when I think of her, I think "Go-Getter" She is up for every challenge out at camp. Beatriz has gone from using 8lb dumbells to 2️⃣0️⃣s 🤯 and when the workout gets tough, she RISES ABOVE!!! Her transformation can atest to that too 👏🏼
