First meet recap!
Man what a day! I’ve battled sickness all week and was concerned with my strength this weekend. I knew the work had been done and I would be happy with my results!
Squat: Managed 3/3 attempts with a top set of 380lbs!
Bench: Wasn’t my strongest performance today. Managed again a 3/3 with a top set of 259lbs!
Deadlift: I surprised myself again. After hitting 400 for the first time just 2 weeks ago, I hit another PR at 402lbs for a 1041lb total! Safe to say I’m hooked!
Huge shoutouts to and his crew for keeping this thing moving and on time!
