What an incredible weekend of learning and growth!

This is Nora St. John, the woman who developed Balanced Body's curriculum and worked alongside some of the original Pilates elders. Having the opportunity to learn from someone with this level of knowledge and experience has been truly inspiring.

I'm officially halfway through the AMP Practitioner Program and feeling incredibly grateful for the education, mentorship, and deeper understanding of movement that this journey continues to provide.

And yes... she's absolutely AMAZING! ✨
