If you have not had the opportunity to practice with Quamay "i3" Sams don’t hesitate his classes are a great way to move with intention and stability. We are excited to share he is offering a great workshop on the hips ❤️❤️❤️Heal Your Hips

If your hips hurt, feel stuck, or tighten back up no matter how much you stretch, this workshop explains why. We’ll look at the front, back, and sides of the hip, what each part is responsible for, and where pain tends to come from when one of them stops doing its job.

You’ll learn how to build strength in the ranges you already have instead of chasing deeper ones, how to manage pain and work around an existing injury without avoiding movement entirely, and how to tell the difference between a stretch that helps and one that keeps you stuck. We’ll also go pose by pose, so you leave understanding what each shape asks of your hips and how to find range that your body can actually support.

Expect real work, clear explanations, and tools you can take into your own practice.

Good for anyone with recurring hip or low back discomfort, anyone curious about the mechanics behind the poses, or anyone who wants their hips to hold up for the long run.
