Junior Grace Duggins out of Indiana came into the season never having broken the 20:00 barrier. The last 2 weeks, she’s smashed it twice going 19:52 and then 19:24 the following week to secure the win as well.

Consistency is king and consistent results usually come before that massive breakout. Way to rock Grace.

Alec has recently 100% committed to the double threshold grind and it is paying off big time. He smashed a 20 second 5k PR down in Tucson to kick off his marathon block. We’ll see him in a few road races before he heads to The Marathon Project in December!

We’ve been a bit slow on the posting lately but we’re still here 😄. Junior Kellen Robertson out of Missouri ripped a 15:35 5k for a 40 second PR and his first ever sub 16:00 last week at Gans Creek. October is here and this is where the hard work and training pays off!

Massive day in Germany for Whit Kendall at the BMW BERLIN-MARATHON

3:30 at Boston and now 3:29:01 at Berlin.

Whit battled the insane summer heat of Mississippi for this block. Honestly, we hardly even touched marathon pace because we were constantly adapting the workouts due to heat. He even did some long runs on the treadmill and long sessions indoors. Really proud of all the work you put in these past four months to get here and claim sub 2:30!

Time to enjoy OktoberFest and some downtime before we set our sights on what’s next!

TT 8th grader Evelyn Spears opened her season at the Tiger Run in 12:46 for 3K . A 2+ minute PR!!!!

Over six months ago, Evelyn came to us eager to get better. She even skipped track season to focus on building, improving, and focusing long term.

This past weekend, that patience paid off in a BIG way.
