Coach Cave opened up camp last night speaking and motivating our 200+ campers.

He talked about something we believe wholeheartedly: the gap between good and great usually isn’t talent. It’s the small decisions made every day when nobody is watching.

8th grader Mavyn Hasch wins state for 1600 in a smooth 5:06 at the KY MS State Meet this past weekend. State champ!

For the last few years Mavyn has been such a fun athlete to coach and teach the proper way to train and race.

She’ll show up day 1 of HS educated, motivated, and totally prepared for the next level.

2 Silver Medals at the Utah State Meet for Junior River Shaw.
