We are excited to announce that Carolyn Kelsey has joined our team!! She is offering lessons, training rides/programs, tune ups, and ground work. Ages 7 and up, all riding levels beginner to advanced. She can travel to you for lessons/training with your horse. She will be offering one on one trail rides from our beautiful location with endless trails starting in May.
She has background with Hunters, jumpers, equitation, dressage, trail horses and more!
Now operating out of Historic Hitchin Post Stables LLC in Flagstaff, AZ

-riding for over thirty years
-grew up riding hunter/jumpers
-Bachelors degree in Equine Science from The University of New Hampshire
-worked for a professional dressage rider and trainer who was at the Grand Prix level, where she did training of young horses and sale horses as well as “tune-ups”
-worked for a Dutch Warmblood breeder as well as an Oldenburg breeder. Worked with the babies from day one, brought them to inspections, and started them under saddle and placed them in new homes.
- She started her own business doing riding lessons for all ages and levels, English, dressage and western trail horses.
- worked at a therapeutic riding center where I worked with students with disabilities as well as people rehabbing from an injury etc.

She was captain of her college team for two years and went to nationals twice, getting an 11th place and a 3rd place in the highest division.

We have 2 Full-time boarding spots and a few summer options available at the Historic Hitchin Post Stables LLC in Flagstaff.
Full care boarding we offer premium bermuda and/or alfalfa hay. Daily stall cleaning, clean water Daily. Stress free environment for you and your horse!
Miles of quiet trails, no street crossing ride right into the forest and walnut canyon. No atv, dirtbike or vehicle traffic on trails.
Feels like home here, on site staff, excellent care, veterinary background staff. Each horse is family here.
