FYI

As part of the ongoing Fourth Street reconstruction project, Soliere Avenue will reopen at the Fourth Street intersection and Sparrow Avenue, (also at the Fourth Street intersection) will close starting April 23, 2021. Fourth Street will remain open and a Sparrow Avenue detour will be posted. The Fourth Street reconstruction project contractor will use the closure to install new waterlines, rebuild curbs and sidewalks, install infrastructure for the new traffic signals and install a bottom layer of asphalt pavement.
