Vertical Soul Yoga teacher trainings offer a holistic view of the 8-limbed path of yoga, combining Asana and the spiritual and more subtle practices of yoga. This year we are proud to be offering a 300 Hour Program with guest teachers Leslie Kaminoff and Tom Kelly. As one of our Modules we will be traveling to Colorado to train with Rod Stryker.
