Looking for a practice that’s deep, fun, challenging, and fulfilling? Join us for our next Capoeira Angola Beginners Series starting Wednesday, October 30th at 6:45 PM! This series is perfect for anyone wanting to connect their body and mind through the dynamic blend of martial arts, dance, and music.
Classes will take place every Wednesday at 6:45 PM and Saturday at 11:30 AM. Expect to move for about an hour, and be sure to bring long pants (that you can tuck your shirt into), flat-soled shoes, a t-shirt, and a water bottle.
