It’s that time of the year again!!!! BEST OF FLAG 2022!!!!!
Last year we were honored to be part of the top 3 best martial arts gyms in Flagstaff. This year, we want to be at the top. But that means we need your help & support.

What do you think of when you hear MMA?
You probably picture a guy being pinned against a cage or beat into the ground.
But that is not the case.
Beginner MMA classes look more like boxing or kickboxing programs. You work with a partner learning foundational striking combos on pads. The first 6 months to a year, you won’t spar.
You wont get hit for a while, and you definitely won't get hit into the ground. Want to try it out? Send us a message.

When I opened the gym I could have chosen not to have any weights and maximized the space and equipment for fighting and self defense….
I obviously chose differently.
Self defense and “fitness” are not separate goals or pursuits.
BEING STRONGER MAKES YOU SAFER
More resilient, harder to hurt, easier to hurt the bad guy, capable of withstanding more external (and internal) duress, the list is endless…
Strength is never weakness.
Weakness is never a strength.
