Join us at the Seasonal School of Culinary Arts on Wednesday, July 17th, for a day dedicated to salads (and beer!).
Salads not only provide a healthy and fresh dining option but also serve as a canvas for injecting a dash of humor into our dining adventures. From witty vegetable jokes to whimsical, funny salad puns possess the magical ability to bring a grin to our faces as we nourish our bodies.
Chef Laurie Green Bakke, will guide us in preparing the following menu:
Grilled Peach/Nectarine Salad with Fresh Mozzarella Balls, Toasted Pistachios, Prosciutto on a bed of Arugula with Basil and Mint topped with a Blackberry Vinaigrette

Day 5 of the Seasonal School of Culinary Arts' hands-on sessions (July 14-20) will wind up with Yours Truly, and a menu consisting of our summer favorites: High Summer Gazpacho, Tomato Thyme Tart, Salade Niçoise , Tomato-Watermelon-Basil-Mint Granita, Lavender & Sundried Tomato Shortbread...all accompanied by a Rosé Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence, among other selections.
