Great night of Karate Training with emphasis on the foundation and root of the Kwanmukan. In memory of Hanshi George Edward Anderson founder of the Kwanmukan we began with Anderson warm ups, Kwan Mu’s, Kicking Sets, Punching sets including some 40 Hands Training, partner drills with Kwan Kong Chung Kwan Bunkai, finishing with the kata. Happy Birthday Hanshi Anderson, we miss you and thank you for teaching and sharing the way of the do! KWANMU!
