First annual loser punishment

Attention all GM's of the GFO... The Commish will need your RFA designation(s) to the Commissioners office BY 6:00 pm EST this Friday, which is May 13th 2016.

Restricted Free Agency will then begin March 16th at 8:00 am EST and end March 20th at 5:59:59 EST.

The owners of all RFA's that had bids placed on their respective RFA(s) will have until March 23rd by 6 pm EST to match the bid. If the bid is not matched the team with the winning qualified bid wins the RFA.
