❄️COLD WEATHER UPDATE❄️

Community Warming Centers will be open through the weekend

As colder temperatures continue across our area, the City of Flint is opening its Community Centers as warming centers for all residents through the rest of the week and all weekend during their normal hours of operation.

The Genesee County Health Department has issued a warning due to this week’s extreme cold and reminds residents to:

-Limit time outdoors

-Seek warm shelter

-Wear appropriate cold-weather clothing

If you or someone you know does not have adequate heat, you are welcome to visit either City of Flint–operated warming center during the listed hours. Bottled water and coffee will be available at both locations.
