Oops she did it again! Ashley slayed the walk/run challenge in June and received a gift certificate to the Smoothie King! Catch her if you can!

Due to the extreme heat advisory that is in effect, the 9:30 am walking group scheduled for July 1st is cancelled. Stay hydrated and safe out there everyone, and we’ll see you next week!

Tonight at 6 PM walking group: Bicentennial Park-meet at the bottom of the hill.
