A sneak peek of what's coming tomorrow!

Chris Beach will be teaching a special class on exploring The Art of the Twist 🤞

Whether you are joining in person or via Zoom, you can expect to leave feeling refreshed, energized and ready to enjoy the fullness of summer with a supple spine.

Take this time to discover new ways to culivate mobility and stability. Summer is the season of activity. Traveling, hiking, gardening, spending long days outdoors. This season of movement can leave the body feeling sore and fatigued.

The Art of the Twist with Chris will allow space to refine the essential actions of a healthy twist, including establishing a steady foundation, creating length through the spine, and rotating with precision instead of force.

We are looking forward to see everyone tomorrow morning! If you aren't signed up, theres still time!

What a lovely day it was when Amy joined IYCWM as Studio Admin Assistant. She has made her mark and contributed so much to our community. We wish her the very best in her next chapter in Boston. We love her so much and are grateful to have her continued help with social media. Hopefully she’ll visit on occasion so we can get in some big hugs. Best of luck Amy - I’ll look forward to watching you soar 😘❤️

BKS Iyengar once said

Today we honor the light passed from teacher to student through observation, correction, practice and devotion. To every teacher who is guided us to every student who continues to listen practicing return, and to the practice that remains when words fall silent.

Summer is a season of movement - traveling, hiking, gardening, playing and spending long days outdoors. All of this activity can leave the body feeling sore and fatigued. Twisting postures help restore balance by releasing tension in the spine, shoulder and hips while creating space for easier breathing and freer movement.

Join Chris Beach on Saturday, August 8th for our second installment of "The Art of the Twist"🤞🧘

This special class will be from 9AM-10:30AM, and there are both hybrid and in person options available.

Memberships and class packages are accepted.
