Homecoming Week is fast approaching at Florence High School! FAFA Dance wants everyone (yes everyone) to get into the spirit by joining us for some Hip Hop classes! Tuesday, Sept 15th. These classes will be taught by our FAFA Dance Guest Teacher Chmira Dayvon!
6pm -7pm Community Class is for everyone (suggested ages 10 and up) Kids, Teens, FHS students, FHS teachers, and even parents! 7pm -8:30pm Class is for int/adv dancers ages 12 and up.

Chmira (Shuh-Meer-Uh) Dayvon is a Nashville-based dancer, choreographer, and model. He has performed with artists including The Weeknd, Walker Hayes, MC Lyte, Shy Carter, Leslie Jordan, and Big & Rich, has been featured in Vogue’s Best of Photo Vogue, and is a CLI Conservatory alumnus.
His classes emphasize community, confidence, and self-belief, beginning with the mantra: “I believe in myself, and I am in control of my body.” Specializing in Hip-Hop and Jazz Funk, Chmira focuses on stamina, performance, musicality, and camera training. His positive, supportive teaching style encourages dancers to push beyond their limits, value effort over perfection, and discover their full potential.
